2. Orders and Reservations

2.1 Orders may be placed in person, by phone, or online (if available).
2.2 Customers must provide accurate contact details when placing orders or making reservations.
2.3 For dine-in reservations, late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or reallocation of your table.
2.4 Maru’s Bhajia House reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. When possible, advance notice will be provided.


3. Payments and Pricing

3.1 All prices listed on menus, online platforms, or in-store displays include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payments can be made using cash, card, or any accepted digital payment method.
3.3 For large group bookings, catering orders, or special events, a deposit may be required.
3.4 Tips and service charges are not included unless clearly stated on the bill.


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Reservation cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.
4.2 Large orders or event bookings may incur cancellation charges if not cancelled within the specified notice period.


5. Conduct and Use of Facilities

5.1 Guests must behave respectfully toward staff, other customers, and the premises.
5.2 Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
5.3 Customers are responsible for their personal belongings. Maru’s Bhajia House is not liable for lost or stolen items.
5.4 Any damage to property caused by a customer may result in charges for repair or replacement.


6. Special Events and Catering

6.1 Maru’s Bhajia House may offer catering services or special event packages. Terms for such services will be provided separately.
6.2 Special requests or custom menu items must be communicated in advance and may incur extra charges.


7. Allergies and Dietary Requirements

7.1 Customers must inform staff of any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order.
7.2 Although we take care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens due to shared kitchen equipment.


8. Gift Vouchers (If Applicable)

8.1 Gift vouchers issued by Maru’s Bhajia House are valid for the period stated at purchase.
8.2 Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8.3 Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.


9. Liability

9.1 Maru’s Bhajia House is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages unless they result from our negligence.
9.2 Guests use the premises, services, and facilities at their own risk.
